23、Xu Chaoran, a guqin player, once uploaded (上传) videos of her playing the guqin. And she is known for putting it into modern use and playing her own adaptations (改编) of popular songs.
Xu studied different arts when she was young, including dancing, guzheng, guitar and piano. “As a child, I had an affinity for traditional Chinese music, because it sounded strangely beautiful to me.” she says.
