25、 According to the Natural Resources Defense Council, an international nonprofit (非盈利的) environmental organization, Shenzhen tops all Chinese cities in walking environment. This is Netspeak: the language of computerized communication found on Internet or cellphones. To newcomers, it can look like a completely foreign language.
