24、Nowadays, people always make resolutions to give up sugar, but they always end up with failure. Why is sugar so powerful, and how can you beat it?
Many sugar cravings(渴求) come from a blood sugar imbalance(失衡). When your body takes in sugar, your blood sugar quickly goes up and your body let insulin(胰岛素) out to lower it to a safer level. Travel ban（禁令）
