Museum Ambassadors at the American History Museum are a mobile source of information that helps bridge the gap between two other volunteer groups here at the museum—information desk specialists, who provide orientation(方向) assistance when guests arrive, and volunteer docents(讲师), who provide Highlights tours, facilitate hands-on demonstrations and circulate through many of our exhibitions to interact with visitors. Each year, our Museum Ambassadors help over 100,000 people get the most out of their visits by welcoming groups, circulating throughout the museum's public zones to answer basic questions, and directing visitors to programs and exhibitions of interest. The museum has also employed the Museum Ambassadors to assist with special projects and events as needed.

22、When it comes to the health problem, how can you, the workaholic (工作狂), refocus and get the best out of life? A few suggestions are listed as follows.
SLEEP FOR MORE THAN EIGHT HOURS! Make sure to get at least eight hours of sleep and plenty of rest. Don’t believe that you can always “catch some sleep or rest later.” Your body cannot make up for lost sleep or rest time because it is not physiologically possible.
SET STRICT FAMILY TIME! Resolve(决意) to make Saturdays and Sundays strictly for family time. And stick to this! Mondays until Fridays you make an excuse not to relax and spend time with your family because it’s work time, why not make a similar excuse for Saturdays and Sundays? “I can’t work today because I’m spending time with my family.”
GET SOME FOOD IN! Make sure you get food in your stomach. Workaholics are known to be food-skippers. If you can’t afford to get off your desk or from doing paperwork, have food delivered to you. It’s always a good idea if you have crackers (薄脆饼) on your drawer to ease the hunger pain.
CONFINE WORK! Resolve to confine work in your office. Don’t bring work to your home! Keep those files in your office desk where they belong. Practice working only within your working hours. If you have an eight-to-five working schedule, stick to it.
WORK UP THOSE MUSCLES! Exercise, exercise, exercise! Set aside at least an hour each day or every other day for exercise. Your body needs to be conditioned, and working non-stop isn’t going to give it the proper physical conditioning it needs. Since most workaholics tend to have their behinds stuck on their chairs, it’s even more important that you get some exercise.
MAKE A PLAN! Plan your day. Work on only one or two things at a time. It’s much easier to work on something and finish it first and then move on to the next rather than do a number of things all at the same time and never finish or accomplish anything at the end of the day. Make out a list of priorities (优先权). Write down things that need to be worked on immediately or are urgent, keeping the least ones at the bottom of your list. After you’ve done this, be guided by this list. Turning this activity into a habit will also help you manage your time better, be more organized, and accomplish more.

Their short films were called “A World without Teachers”，whose intention was to inspire more young people to become teachers.However，the 62 amazing video submissions also serve as a reminder of how terrible things would be if we didn’t have these selfless individuals guiding us through life.What was interesting is that even the youngest contestants did not appear to take delight in the idea of not having anybody telling them what to do.

24、Monami Ohno uses a little tool to put very small pieces of hard paper, or cardboard, on the legs of her sculpture. The Japanese artist is creating a representation of Godzilla, the huge and terrifying animal of the famous Japanese movie.
Ohno has used cardboard to create artwork for about ten years. She says she first used the material to make what she called a “bike-like thing” for a college project. The 29-year-old makes many works of art based on popular culture, like anime robots, warplanes and fast food.
Ohno recently described her first experience with cardboard art to the Reuters news agency. She used the term “folding”, or turning one part of the cardboard over or against another part. “When I first tried folding the paper, gluing and putting them together, the people around me praised me, saying things like ‘Wow, you can make this,’” she said. “That made me so happy that I have continued doing this until now.”
Ohno’s complex sculptures have since become popular, with her work appearing at public showings in Japan and overseas. Ohno does not use an exact plan when she makes her art. She expresses her ideas briefly on the cardboard first. This provides general measurements of the design. She can then cut and shape her sculpture. In a room filled with her creations, including a Lego Batman artwork, Ohno said, “I make the things I really like to decorate my house.”
Ohno’s press agent said the artist’s pieces are selling for $900 to $13,000 a piece. Ohno said she is not making an environmental statement with her art, although it is made with used cardboard only. However, she added, “It would be nice if people can see my work, which is made out of cardboard and recycled materials rather than plastics, and realize that there are these kinds of people who are involved in recycling.”
