22、 It is necessary to share your feelings with others. Sharing your feelings helps you to getcloser to people you care about and who care about you.Sometimes it can be really hard not to tell anyone that you’re feeling sad, worried, or upset. Don’t keep feelings locked inside. If that, it can even make you feel sick! But if you talk with someone who cares for you, like your mom or dad, you will not be all alone with your problems or worries. It doesn’t mean your problems and worries go off, but at least someone else knows what your trouble is and can help you find ways to do with it.If the person doesn’t understand what you mean right away, try explaining it in a different way or give an example. Of course, there are many ways for you to speak up your feelings. If you think you’ll have trouble saying what’s on your mind, write it down on a piece of paper.
Some of us teenagers(青少年), just like some adults(成年人), are more private(有隐私的 )than others. That means some people will feel shy about sharing their feelings. A kid doesn’t have to share every feeling he or she has, but it is important to share feelings when a kid needs help.

23、
On Aug. 9, when three teenagers in Lu’an, Anhui Province, played near a river, they never thought that two of them wouldn’t come back home. Two of the teenagers drowned(溺死)in the river.
Accidents like these happen every summer. According to the World Health Organization, drowning is the leading cause(主要原因)of death for children under 14 years of age in China. Around 57,000 people drown each year in the country, Xinhua reported.
To stop accidents like these from happening, we must be careful while playing near water or swimming in it. First, it’s never too late to learn how to swim. Having swimming skills can probably save you from drowning. For example, you should know how to float(漂浮)on your back.
In movies, drowning people often shout for help. But in reality, they simply go under and don’t come up again. If you see that someone has gone underwater and hasn’t come out for a while, he or she could be drowning.
It’s also important to swim only in areas where there are lifeguards. Never swim alone. The Ministry of Emergency Management says you should not try to save someone who is drowning on your own. Instead, ask nearby adults for help and call 119 or 120 at once.

Dear Peter,
Without knowing more about you, it is hard for me to give you some good advice.
But first, I am sure that you are wrong that nobody would care if you left home. What about your parents? And other family members? It seems that you are very sad. You'd better go to see a doctor or talk to your parents. They will be able to help you.
Secondly, I'm sure there is someone in your class who feels lonely, too. You hever know how other people feel inside. Try to make friends with them.
