If you want to become a fluent English speaker, you should take some advice. There are four skills in learning English. They are reading, listening, speaking, and writing. Speaking is different among the four skills in learning English. The other three you can do alone on your own, but you can’t really speak alone. Then how can you practice speaking? Where can you find people to speak English with? There is a saying: practice makes perfect. That is to say, we should talk with our partners in English as much as we can.
At school you should use the chance to speak. If your teacher asks you to speak in pairs with other students, try to say as much as possible. Don’t worry about your mistakes. Just speak!
