    Dear Sally,

I argued with my parents last night. I really want to go to a summer camp with my best friend Pingping. I think I can take good care of myself, but my parents think I am too young to do that. I feel terrible. What should I do?

    Meimei

    Dear Meimei,

Try to understand your parents. They care about you and worry about your safety (安全). So why not talk to them to let them know that you have already grown up? You could cook for them or do some housework to show that. Remember arguing is never a good way to show your idea.

    Sally

    Dear Sally,

I hung out with my friends the other day and I saw a little boy lying on the street. He wore old clothes and looked very hungry. My friends laughed at him. I wanted to buy him some food, but my friends stopped me. I felt so sorry. Now I think of what we did from time to time. What should I do?

    Jack

    Dear Jack,

I understand you. Next time you are in the same situation, you should make your decision. It’s not necessary for you to listen to your friends and it’s not good to laugh at others. If you really feel sorry, you could try to find the boy and help him. I believe you know what you should do.

A.Because the boy was too poor.

B.Because he laughed at the boy.

C.Because he didn’t help the boy.
