Reducing what you eat keeps you from enjoying time with friends and family, which hurts your mental health. For most people, eating less food to lose weight doesn’t work. More than 80% of people who lost weight regained it within two years.
Health comes from many things, such as keeping a good state of mind, having active social networks, getting enough sleep and reducing stress. What do we focus on if we want to get healthy without losing weight? According to Dr. Wess, we should focus on healthy behaviors like stopping smoking, exercising more, sleeping better, stressing less and eating healthy foods.
Not focusing on the weight means that we can really focus more on behaviors that improve our health. We may lose weight as a result, but that isn’t the goal.

27、Simone Biles was born in 1997. Soon, her parents found that she couldn’t sit still. When she was 6 years old, her day-care group went on a field trip to a gym.
