22、Many people say that they have a bad memory, especially when they are older. How can we improve our memory?

Many people think that repeating things is the best way to remember them. While this certainly helps short-term memory (remembering a telephone number for a few seconds, for example), psychologists (心理学家) aren’t sure whether it can help you remember things for very long.
